From here you will be able to purchase Association Documents as required by Section 4530 of the California Civil Code.  In addition to the documents, please make sure to request an escrow demand form, if needed, through our website at


You do not have to register in order to make a purchase. We encourage you to register. This will allow you to track your order history and recover lost digital documents. . 

You must click the link to come back to this site after your payment is confirmed. That is how the documents will be released to you. 


The following tips will help you complete your document purchases:


  1. Start by selecting the Association from the list on the left hand column.

  2. Document Lists: All documents that are required per statute will be listed for each Association.  The documents that are available for purchase will be listed, along with a brief description and price. 

  3. Embeded information: If the information is included in other documents, such as in the annual budget and policy packet, or on the escrow demand, it will be listed in the description. 

  4. Not Applicable: If the information is included in another document OR if the document does not apply to a specific Association, it will state “Not Applicable.”

  5. Digital Downloads: You will recieve a total of 4 emails with an authorized sale:

    1. Order Confirmation, with the information required by Section 4525.

    2. Purchased Download Links, links to your downloadable documents. These links are also available under your account at this site. 

    3. Order Completion Email. Thank you for your business.

    4. Credit Card Sales Slip, from the card processing center for your receipts. 

  6. Please note that the Order Confirmation Form has a place for you to write in the property information as required by Section 4525.  On the email form, you may also be able to check the boxes for the items that you have ordered. Please check this document carefully. 


The document download links are time sensitive.
You must download the documents within 7 days of receiving the email confirmation.
